Delivery, Payment & Refunds

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Orders taken through our website are currently only able to be delivered to the following postcodes in the UK:
NN1 to NN29, LE16, PE8

DELIVERY COST AND MINIMUM ORDERS
Delivery is free to the above postcodes. The minimum order price for a delivery is £19.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Rockys Gelato. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Our driver will update you on the day with an estimated time of arrival.

Our Gelato & Sorbetto is delivered in a temperature controlled van. However, it is perishable when out of the freezer. It is highly recommended that someone is available to take the delivery and place the products in the freezer as soon as possible. If no one is available to take delivery, we will return it to the depot. There will be a £5 charge for failed deliveries.

We cannot be held liable for products which have not been transferred immediately to a freezer upon delivery, nor for any delivery delays.

PAYMENT
We use Stripe to process our online payments. All payments will be taken in Great British Pounds.

VAT
All items include UK VAT at 20%.

REFUNDS
If you have a complaint about a product and would like to discuss a refund, please contact us on ciao@rockysgelato.com.

We are unable to issue refunds for products that have defrosted or spoiled due to customer negligence, or for products being stored outside of the recommended guidelines, as stated on the packaging.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible on ciao@rockysgelato.com. We will be unable to cancel your order once it is out for delivery.
