We use a blend of Bramley and Jonagold Apples, to make a Gelato version of the esteemed British dessert.
The Bramley gives a tartness and extraordinary depth of flavour, while the Jonagold provides a delicate, honeyed sweetness.
The apple mixture is given a malty crumble kick, then blended with the finest organic Ceylon cinnamon and our award winning dairy.
