Chocolate Ganache & Black Cherries, with a Boozy Kick of Kirsch.
We use pure cocoa solids, double cream and unrefined golden cane sugar to make our silky smooth chocolate ganache.
We then take Italian Amarena cherries and soak them in a boozy kick of Kirsch, before blending the whole lot into our award winning dairy.
The resulting Gelato is sumptuous in texture and flavour, evoking childhood memories of the namesake famous gateau.
