Toasted Hazelnuts, blended with caramelised golden sugar. 

We lightly toast the finest Piedmont hazelnuts, before grinding them into a smooth nut butter.

Unrefined golden cane sugar is then caramelised, before blending it into the hazelnut butter and dairy.

The result is a deeply moreish Gelato, that you’ll definitely want more than one helping of!
