Naked Dairy

Pure farm fresh dairy, with no added flavours.

Our Naked Dairy flavour is (as the name suggests) just dairy with not even vanilla added.

In Italy it’s called “Fior di Latte”, or “Flower of Milk”. It’s purpose is to show off the quality of the milk and gelato, without flavours to disguise it. It is amazingly subtle and many connoisseurs of Gelato cite this to be their favorite flavour.

It is the perfect compliment to most baked desserts.
