Pretty In Pink

Raspberry, Prosecco and Rose Water carefully combined into a fresh and tangy Sorbetto.

We take perfectly ripe British raspberries and hand puree them to retain all of their fresh and tangy flavour. The puree is then combined with a generous helping of crisp Italian Prosecco (nearly a third of the pot) and a splash of rose water.

The resulting Sorbetto is ideal if you want a bit of a boozy treat, but do not want to over-do things.
It’s also free from dairy and suitable for vegans.
